Contracting Services
What Service Do We Provide?
We transport the Ag-bagger to your farm. Each HGV carries diesel and enough bags on board for up to 15,000 tonne.
Our price includes labour, diesel, transportation and plastic. We work in conjunction with your field contractor, who harvests the crop and tips trailer loads directly into the machines as they move forward, leaving the bag behind.
We operate six lorries, one 3m (10ft) bagger, two 3.5m (12ft) baggers and four 4.3m (14ft) baggers for our contracting service.
Space Required
Bag size and site access determine the most suitable machine for your operation. The table below outlines typical sizes and space requirements. We can advise on the best configuration for your crop, ground conditions and harvest schedule.

What crops can be stored in AgBags?
Grass, maize, wholecrop and other forages are commonly stored, along with pressed pulp, brewers' grains, miscanthus, straw. Almost anything can be stored in AgBags.
Do you provide a nationwide contracting service?
Yes. Our contracting teams operate across the UK with high capacity equipment and experienced operators.
How do I choose the right bag size?
Bag size depends on the rate at which it will be fed from the bags. Most commonly, the 12ft diameter bag will cover the majority of farms (where fed out rate will be 1-5 tonne per day) The 14ft diameter bag will be used on large scale farms.
Can you work with my harvest contractor?
Absolutely we will work with any contractor. We can coordinate with your field contractor to determine a date that works for everyone.
